Joe is the owner and designer of both Shadowcasting Studios and
SeattleArtists.com. He has previously worked as Vice
President of Information Systems for several "Dot Com" companies
while always keeping his camera close by. Since getting his first camera,
a Pentax K1000, at age 12 he has been in love with photography. From 1999 to 2004, Joe worked as a freelance photographer in Seattle, WA and relocated to San Diego in the fall of 2004. Joe is a former active
duty U.S. Army Armor Officer. |
"I
use a variety of the latest photographic equipment in my work,
however I prefer to use a professional digital camera; specifically
the Canon D30. Digital images can be captured at a very high resolution
that I can view immediately to get instant feedback about the
composition, lighting and quality of the image. Without the high
expense of film and processing, I can take literally hundreds
of shots in one session and continue working to get just the right
image." |
